Location:144 Scenic Drive, Kresgeville
Open April to November (weather permitting) during daylight hours. The Polk Township Nature Park is the home to many animals and wildlife. The park consists of 18 acres and is an area that can be enjoyed by many. Take some time to check out the walking trails at the park and enjoy the flowers, streams and animals along the way. While at the park take some time to enjoy the picnic area and dock areas which are both handicapped accessible.

Location: 121 Polk Twp. Rd, Kresgeville
The park is located next to the Township building. The park has a .33 acre stone walking trail with benches along the trail and a pavilion with picnic tables. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed at all times.

203 acres of pristine headwaters and scenic views, the Jonas Mountain Nature Preserve was purchased with Pocono Heritage Land Trust funding and is open year round for hiking. The paths are marked; fishing is catch and release; hunting is non-rifle. Parking is located off Rainbow Terrace – follow Rainbow Terrace all the way to the end. The parking lot is through the cul-de-sac.
